Destin FloridaThe world class white sand beaches usually come to mind when thinking of the primary reason people love visiting the Destin area. The weather is a large factor as well. Being in north Florida and between the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay keeps the temperatures very reasonable year round. The Destin Harbor is home to Florida’s largest fishing fleet for a very good reason, the area’s deep sea fishing is FANTASTIC! With an abundance of Shopping, Restaurants, Beach Front Accommodations, Coastal Cruisers Bike and Scooter Rentals, Recreational Activities such as boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, golf, tennis (at most resorts) etc. Destin is growing in popularity with visitors returning annually.

MaravillaMaravilla Resort has the largest private beach in the area—2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort is family oriented. It is a relaxed resort community and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool at Maravilla Resort. Plus, another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun!Maravilla features “low rise condo buildings” as opposed to “high rise condo buildings.” Low rise condo buildings are more family friendly especially with small children and seniors. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Many folks find owning real estate in Maravilla Resort is a great investment!
