Our Story

Coastal Cruisers, a family-owned business located in the heart of Miramar Beach, FL, has been serving the community since 2005. Founded by John and Rose Kile, this premier bicycle store has grown steadily from its humble beginnings, fueled by a deep passion for biking and a commitment to providing exceptional service to each customer.

John Kile’s journey into the world of cycling began when he was young, participating in BMX races. His love for bikes and racing fueled his desire to stay on the team, and it wasn’t long before the owner of the team recognized his talent and passion. John’s mentor began teaching him how to repair and maintain bikes, sparking an interest that would turn into a lifelong career. From working at Walmart and other local businesses performing bike repairs, John gained valuable experience in bike maintenance, eventually honing his skills to perfection.

John's dedication to his craft and his vision to share that passion with others led him and his wife Rose to establish Coastal Cruisers from the ground up. John taught Rose the ins and outs of the business, and together, they have built a successful, thriving operation. Their love for bikes and their commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with their customers set them apart from competitors.

At Coastal Cruisers, we’re not just about selling bikes; we’re about fostering a community. Unlike larger corporations, we don't focus on making money—we focus on building relationships.
